Summer Intensive at The Rock School

Hi, my name is Sofia. I’m an 11 years old ballerina from Mexico, have been doing ballet since I was a little under 2. I train 6 days a week (around 23 hours weekly) besides attending 5th grade in elementary school.

The last 2 years I have been dancing competitively earning a few scholarships. This last October I was granted a full year and summer intensive tuition to the the Rock School of Dance Education. I would really love to participate, but as a lot of people know, dance is expensive and traveling and competitions too. This is where you come in. going to this school would be an experience of a lifetime. I will get to dance all of 5 weeks in the summer in one of the best dance schools in America. This opportunity will help me become a much better dancer in many ways. I know the goal is a lot, but even the smallest donations could give me the chance to do this.
