SUMMER CONCERT @LIFE ENRICHMENT CTR

We are raising funds  to subsidize  a community concert series featuring well known Flint artists to begin and eventually reaching out to the broader musical community and WE NEED YOUR HELP!!   Our mission for this campaign is to raise enough money TO PAY THE MUSICIANS  (close to what they are really worth!)  and to pay for advertising!  Our Vision is to offer concerts, at LEC (Life Enrichment Center) featuring all genre and types of music; Country, Folk, Jazz, Blues, Soul and maybe even Spoken Word.  We have decided to present 3 musical genre for this first concert ...
                                  Jazz, Blues and Soul.  
                     
The first group will offer a Jazz appetizer, to be served by a combo led by prominent and fantastic local pianist Pat Cronley.  Eugene McBride will be the man responsible for dictating the beat in this combo with Nick Calandro, Jr. keeping it right and tight on the Bass.

Ms. Gwen Pennyman-Hemphill, also a product of this community, whose stage presence and undeniable  talent will definitely leave you satisfied.

Our Headliner and  Blues performer is Greg Nagy, international performer and still locally sourced!!   Greg has also been featured on WKAR/ PBS BACKSTAGE PASS.

Greg performs original music infused with blues, roots, and soul.  In fact,  his album Stranded was number two for  2015 on the national Root Music Report for Soul and R&B (Leon Bridges was number one).  It was listed in the Top Ten when it debuted for Living Blues. Stranded also received four stars from DownBeat Magazine as well was listed among the Best Of 2015.

This is our maiden voyage and with your help we will reach and surpass our goal and happily present more concerts in the future.    This first concert is planned for the evening of Thursday,  June 29, 2017;  beginning at 6 pm.   Tickets are $10 (on sale locally at The Life Enrichment Center)  and on sale now!  k to purchase online at EventBrite. ( online ticket service fees apply).
Seating is limited to 200.

We are The Life Enrichment Center,    We share our abundance with 12 local charities per year.  This is accomplished by donating 10% of our monthly offering to a different charity each month.  Please help us pay for the musicians who are performing at this concert by donating here at our gofundme campaign.  

 All ticket sales for the concert will go to Life Enrichment Center and can be purchased locally at 2512 S. Dye Rd. Flint or online at Eventbrite.com.  We are so thankful to be able to share our space... in joy and in the spirit of togetherness.  We are committed to continue our giving to the greater Flint area charities as we move forward in our spiritual journey.   We will be grateful for every donation we recieve.
