Summer Briggs

Hi, my name is Erin and i’m trying to raise money for my lovely sister who passed away recently, this money would go towards her funeral and possibly the charity for her disability. Summer was a twin and was born with Cerebral Palsy after being born premature, she had been in a wheelchair all her life. This didn’t stop her from being so funny and happy, she put a smile on everyone’s face with her giggles and beautiful smile. Being in a wheelchair she developed a sever case of scoliosis and about 2 weeks ago she underwent surgery to fix her curved spine. After surgery she was doing so well and that was a wonderful sight for my family to see her doing so well, after being in pain for such a long time. After having this surgery the doctors let her come home only 4 days after undergoing this major surgery. We thought this was great because she was recovering so well and was full of happiness and smiles. Unfortunately, days later from being let go from the hospital she had passed unexpectedly which really shocked us and has really affected my family and friends. This money that will be raised for her would help us to give her a lovely service in memory of her life. It is important for me to try and raise some money because I want to spread awareness and give her a lovely goodbye. I come from a big family with 12 siblings and this passing has had a big impact on our family and will financially in the future. This includes our family mini van which had wheelchair access for my sister, unfortunately from this loss we will lose our means of transport for my big family. If we raise more than enough that could potentially help out my family financially when it comes to affording a new car. Summer will never be forgotten and will always be with us, she is our beautiful angel.
