My name is Melissa Luciano and I am an ENL teacher at a Title 1 school.

This school year is coming to a close and sadly not all children look forward to summer break. Amongst our school population, we have children who truly rely on our school for basic needs such as food, clothing and security.

To combat this, I as well as other teachers are volunteering our time to create a Summer activities program for students who might not have the opportunity or means to experience fun activities during the summer. This program aims to provide a safe and enriching environment for students to learn, play, and grow during their summer break. By contributing to this program, you'll be investing in the future of our community, and helping to create a summer of fun that otherwise wouldn't have been had. Donations will go toward providing students with a free lunch, paying for fun experiences (ex. trip to the bowling alley), as well as supplies needed for engaging crafts.

Any donation would make a huge difference for these children.
