Summer bill emergency that affects continuing my education

Hi, I'm a college student currently going into my sophomore year. I'm currently taking summer classes, and my balance for the summer is currently affecting my ability to continue my studies.

If the summer balance is not paid in the next 2 1/2 weeks, I will be kicked out and homeless.
