Summer and boys

Jason Hamm passed away unexpectedly on July 24th 2020, he is missed by many especially his wife  Summer, and 2 boys Weston(16) and Wyatt(14). Jason was young, only 45, and passed away tragically.  He was a father and husband to them, and the glue that held their family together. Summer and the boys have truly been lost without him, he took care of them! Jason was also a son, brother, cousin, and more.  We have come together to help them during this time in need. Weston has been battling several medical issues for the past few years, Wyatt has been holding it together for his sweet momma and brother! They are in need of help due to several on going problems with their home since Jason passed away, their home has been flooded at least 4 times this past week!! They have been so appreciative of the meals/food that has been sent/delivered!We started this Gofundme in hopes to     raise some money to help them get through this grieving process and make things a little easier for them as they learn to adjust to a life without Jason❤️If you can’t donate $5.00 please share and spread the word to help give them some love from our friends and community!!!
