We're reaching out to let you know our dear friends, Sarah and Sam Sulies, need your help.

Sarah injured her hip almost 16 months ago, and since that time has been dealing with extreme pain and physical limitations. She has not been able to walk more than a few blocks since her injury, and her activity level is decreased in her daily tasks. Most of all, Sarah has not been able to do the things should would like to do with her family, or been able to take care of her family in the way she would like to.

During the past year and a half, Sarah has seen 6 different surgeons to receive care for her injury, but because it’s an unusual kind of tear, only the sixth surgeon was willing to take on her case! Now that she has found a surgeon, there is a need for financial assistance in covering the cost of surgery, which is scheduled for April 23rd. Unfortunately, insurance would not cover the expense of the surgery because it is not considered a medical emergency, so the Sulies family will need to pay out of pocket to repair Sarah’s hip and utilize post-surgery physical therapy.
