Lindsay’s Road to Recovery

As some of you may know, Lindsay has been feeling unwell for some time now. It started with pain on the left-side of her body, specifically in her arm and hand. Then, she got Covid. She recovered from Covid, but the pain persisted. This resulted in several ER visits and time away from work. Despite multiple visits to the ER, the doctors were unable to determine the cause of her pain. Two weeks ago she suffered a stroke which resulted in her having to spend several days in the ICU after having brain surgery to remove a clot. Despite all of this, Lindsay has been in good spirits. However, her road to recovery will be long. Lindsay has gained back many functions already, but will likely need continued rehabilitation therapy to regain her strength and will need continued time away from work to fully heal and rest. Cameron, Lindsay’s husband, has also had to miss work so that he could be by his wife’s side during this unimaginable time.

I have started this fundraising page in order to help relieve some of the burden of the upcoming medical bills that they will face as well as to make up for missed work days.
