Help Students Launch Their Careers

Nearly half of college graduates struggle to find meaningful jobs after graduation. At the Sujeeth Foundation, we help students network into their first job through mentorship, career circles, and professional development programs.

Our Career Circle Program pairs students with mentors for a six-week journey covering key career topics like resume-building, networking, and interview skills. In 2024 alone, we served 294 students, hosted 72 Career Circles, and shipped 340 curated books.
