Hello my name Is Bryce Harrison and it has been my life long dream to make a feature film.
- This project is dedicated to my best friend Kevin Barber who suffered from depression and sadly took his own life when we were both 18 years old. My mission is to help spread awareness for those around all of us in our daily lives that may be displaying signs of future suicide. Kevin would always joke about it light heartedly, and looking back there were more than just those signs, and we never took it seriously. I'd like to help people take action against the signs people display that may imply suicide in the future. All it takes is one person or friend to actually listen to them unconditionally without judgement, give them a hug, or welcome them with open arms in some way to reassure that their life has meaning.
- Modern society and the way we interact with each other is far from perfect, but it has certainly contributed to the rising cases of suicide. In this film, we dive into the Philosophy of God, society, human nature, the power the elites have over us, psychedelic therapy, dream therapy, art, love, individual expression, and a mysterious club that is dedicated to suicide prevention.
- Our goal is $7,000. Your help will contribute to the payment of the talented actors, sound designer(s), musician(s), and distribution of this film. Our goal is to get this project seen by as many people as possible to help change the world. Any help is greatly appreciated and a blessing no matter how small of a contribution. DREAM CLUB: Synopsis
Noah Ferguson is a severely depressed lawyer by day and an aspiring writer by night. Every day after work, he takes portraits of strangers and writes down their dreams. A strange encounter with a woman allures him into a mysterious club that takes him through a journey of the mind. The characters he meets along the way paint the philosophy of modern times. There's a story brewing inside of him dying to be written, can he find the pieces of the puzzle before ending his own life? Or is it all just a strange dream...
