How many of us have been helped and guided by Kate McGahan and her beloved dog, Jack (McAfghan)? Kate now needs our support. Health concerns have forced her to reduce her hospice hours as she learns to manage newly-diagnosed chronic pain. As an independent author, she has always funded her books from her own funds, now diminished. Since 2015 she has provided ongoing support to thousands, through her books, her posts, her groups and various social networks.
Meanwhile she has projects waiting to come to fruition. Among those:
(1) Her next book, “Pawprints from Heaven: Signs from Rainbow Bridge”;
(2) Conversion of each Jack McAfghan book into audio format ;
(3) Creation of a Day At A Time Perpetual Jack McAfghan Calendar;
(4) A Grief Support Workbook/Journal;
(5) An Online Grief Support Class;
(6) Sequel to "The Walls Between Us: A Borderland Love Story”;
(7) Jack McAfghan “Reflections” for Kids and
(8) Screenplay of Reflections/Return from Rainbow Bridge for future film
As she strives for the stamina required to complete these projects, she needs to pursue the funding for them, which is the intent of this GoFundMe. Please give what you can to show Kate how much she means to each of us; those of us whose lives have changed because of her work.
I personally have never been more inspired by a living being in my life as I have been by Kate. I will always be grateful and will donate my share.
