Suffering from head gun shot wound

My fiance Anita Acosta is recovering from a head gun shot wound she's a fighting survivor after being in the hospital for 2 months and in physical therapy she's home although she's getting better she has a long way from full recovery but due to the fact of her inability from doing daily tasks i had to take time off to help her with her daily caring and  we had to move out we fell behind on so many bills and we had a set back on plans we had set up.  if anyone can help with anything it will be well appreciated from the bottom of our hearts and god bless you all.
