SUFFER FEST 2026 IS HERE!

A 50+ mile indoor bike ride of my own doing to celebrate 37 years since my open-heart surgery and to give back to an organization that is super important to patients like me.

The Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) is helping to lead advocacy, research, and education for adult patients who were born with heart conditions. The work they do is extremely important since patients like me are living longer, but until recently, we had to continue our care with pediatric cardiologists.

To make it interesting, I'll tack on one additional mile for every $100 raised over the $5,000 goal. (Up to 75 miles.)

The ride will take place the weekend of July 25th, but donations can continue to be made after that.

All donations go directly to the ACHA.
