I am requesting everyones help. Our Friend Sue is batteling Cancer and needs our help. She has chosen Alternative Medicine as her treatment. I was skeptical at first when she told me but as you would expect God put someone in my path that same week that happens to operate an Alternative Medicine Clinic in California. I asked him about it and he affirmed to me that it has been very successful. We have set up a Go Fund Me Page to help her with her treatments as her following letter will explain. Please, even if you can not donate at this time, share so we can reach as many people as possible. No amount is to small or to large. Thank You.
Hello everyone. I hope all of you are doing well.  All family members have been notified and so I now feel it is OK to post for all to see.  As all of you know, I have Stage IV Breast Cancer and I was doing well for almost 4 years fighting it holistically. Jake and I are now facing a new challenge on this cancer journey with new obstacles in our battle against this terrible dragon. The cancer has returned and is aggressive. It has metastasized and is in my bones and spine. I am mostly tired and in some pain but doing okay. According to the medical field, I have 1 year maybe 2 years at best. If you know me.....you know how much I love a challenge and I plan on proving them wrong. Don’t ever let anyone put an expiration date on you!  It will be a tough battle but Jake and I are ready to slay this dragon once and for all.
Since the beginning of this battle, I have refused the medical standard of care, which is cut, burn and poison….surgery, radiation and chemotherapy…… I have chosen to follow a more holistic and natural method. Not all of you may agree with my choice and that’s OK. I’m making the best decision for Jake and me. It is far more important to me to have the best quality of life of whatever time I may have left instead of a miserable sickly existence that so many endure under chemo and radiation.
This choice puts a heavy financial burden on us. Insurance will cover up to $30,000 of chemotherapy over an eight-week period but they will not cover alternative therapy of $9000 over the same eight-week period. We don’t know how but we know that with God’s help we will somehow manage to get through this.
The medical standard of care does NOT cure cancer….if it did….there’d be no more cancer. I urge you all to know as much or more than your doctors when it comes to whatever illness or conditions you may have.   Doctors work for you.  Listen to what they have to say but you make the final decision about your health, your treatment and your life.
Please don’t be sad for me and I don’t want a pity party. I ask that you not tell me stories of people who have died of cancer or other horror stories. Jake and I would appreciate all the prayers and positive energy you can send our way. If you should pray for me, I ask that you pray in Thanksgiving of me being cancer free….Yes…I want to claim it!
