Sue's emergency expenses

Hi - my name is Nancy, and I'm fundraising for my dear friends Sue and Steve. Steve had a seizure while he was driving to the doctor yesterday, and lost control of his car. Steve was airlifted to a trauma unit, and is still in the hospital, and will be at least until tomorrow while they try to figure out what caused the seizure. Their insurance will cover neither the full cost of the medical expenses, nor the full cost of replacing the car. It remains to be seen whether they will need assistance at home, any modifications to their house, or any help with transportation.
