on the 21st of december i will be taking part in a 5k charity fundraiser to raise money for sue ryder. although the distance is short i would like to help make a difference so i am asking for donations as big or small (whatever you feel you can) to send to sue ryder as i feel this is a charity who support others. sue ryder helps with families that are grieving or have someone that are coming to the end of their life. they make people feel like they are not on their own and provide hospice and care to the whole family.
