Also, until the family knows more about the second fundraiser and in an effort to be fully transparent, not taking advantage of anyone's generosity, they have decided to lower the amount of goal, until they know more information and how to proceed. Regardless of the goal amount set, let's show this family the love we have for them and continue to donate anyway!

Update 1: Because transparency to fundraisers such as this one is vital to its validity, the family has requested to update donors with the news that they have learned of a second fundraiser created by Ms. Novack's coworkers. Unfortunately, no link can be provided to anyone who would prefer to donate to the second fundraiser, because it has not yet been provided to the family, nor do they know all of the details yet regarding the donations; In addition, the Novack family recognizes that some individuals do not care for the Go Fund Me Platform because of the stigma presented around it due to scammers in general when it comes to fundraising; Therefore, Tiffany's sister Melissa, has decided to openly share her Cash App Name: $Novackme (An app for your cell phone). I am an unofficial “adopted member” of the Novack family, with Tiffany being my best friend since 2007. The Novack family is generally a family who are private in nature and handles matters of personal affairs in the same manner, but now, they need your help- my heart is breaking for them.

Originally from NJ, Sue Novack, is a beautiful, vivacious women, who currently resides in West Virginia. Momma Novack is 63 years young and a mother of 4, Grandmom to a lovely grandaugher, who went in for an MRI of her back 7 weeks ago after experiencing some pain (she had no other symptoms), and came out of the MRI results appointment, with her doctor diagnosing her with terminal stage 4 metastatic lung cancer, which had spread to multiple organs.

On May 2, after learning about the initial diagnosis, Ms. Novack had another doctor’s appointment and was given a prognosis of a year and half to two years to live, at which time, would have given the family ability to get all necessary affairs in order. After hearing the horrific news, the plan put in place was for Tiffany’s mom to move back home to NJ with her, where Tiffany could care for her mom. Unfortunately, two days after being given the more in-depth details of the cancer and what to expect moving forward (hospice), Momma Novack took a turn for the worse and is now in the hospital in West Virginia, in an incredible amount of pain, being given very little time left. The family is absolutely devasted and the new cancer prognosis has left the family completely in shock and unprepared for what is to come; sadly, the family has already depleted what savings they had, traveling back and forth to West Virginia after being given the diagnosis.

If you know the Novack family, you know they are good, loving, and loyal folks, who would and quite literally have given the shirt off their back for others to have one; Now, it’s their turn to receive help and they need it badly. Any money donated to this beautiful family will help them be able to remain in West Virginia with their mom during her final days and for the funeral.
