Sue and Jerry Briggs Hurricane Ian Relief

Hi, My Name is Marci Briggs ( Webster, NY), My parents Jerry and Sue Briggs are in desperate need of assistance.They live in Ft. Myers, Florida where Hurricane Ian destroyed EVERYTHING in it’s path.Sue Spent an amazing 27 years at the Xerox Corporation in Webster, NY as a Human Resources Coordinator and Jerry was a Finance Manager for over 30 years. Once retired they moved to Ft. Myers and settled in to enjoy the rest of their lives. Now in their late 70’s and mid 80’s they have lost everything in the hurricane including their home, car and all of their personal belongings. The insurance company is claiming the damage was due to the massive flooding rather then the Hurricane so they are left with next to nothing.They are temporarily staying with their son, Michael and his family. Starting over is unimaginable at this stage in life, They are not ones to ever ask for help so allowing me to do this for them speaks volumes to their predicament. It Breaks my heart that our parents who have worked so hard their entire lives to raise their family and provide for their children have lost so much.We are hoping we can all pull together to help them. All the money raised will go directly to Jerry and Sue to help replace and rebuild the life that Hurricane Ian destroyed. Thank you in advance for all of your help.
