Please can you help Sue and Colin from Taffys.

Due to unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances, they find themselves with huge legal fees in order for them to try and keep their home. They have been successful in the first part in that they will not be evicted but do need further help.

Some background - In a nutshell, this situation was caused by trying to plan for the future of a close loved one. This has meant that the home they foresaw going to that person upon their deaths they may lose altogether now with them being evicted. All of this was done with good intentions which has been sadly turned against them. The court has now thrown this element out, but in order to safeguard their future they are seeking help to finance the legal research needed to find legal precedents to enable them to change the ownership back. This would enable them to breath and feel secure in their home.

This matter has greatly affected both Sue and Colin’s health at a time when they should have been looking to start to take things easy and not worrying about if they will have a roof over their heads.
