      This proverb resemblance the significance of Late. Sudheer Kumar Tangella (Manager) of SAP offshore team. Sudheer first arrived at VirtusaPolaris in 2012.He took the promising challenges & leadership in the course of 4yrs of time by mentoring the team to nurture the correct way to reach the goal. Never let the team down during downstream of hurdles & enlighten the spirit of the team members with real world examples to face & solve the problems whether its personal/professional.
                 
      Today that great soul was fallen with the sudden demise of heart stroke. Sudheer family was totally shattered as the family root was broken. Sudheer used to live in Hyderabad with wife “Sandhya” and 2 children “Saketh” & “Sahiti”.
