It all started as a Happy Family reunion when Sudharkar's parents Sri Narsi Nemmatha gaaru arrived in SYDNEY late 2019.
The time just flew until Sri Narsi gaaru's return date got closer in March. It was too late to even react and respond before sudden lock-down and border closures.
While the entire world is in panic and self-isolating due to COVID-19, God has planned something much more serious for Sudhakar's family to worry about.
Sri Narsi gaaru started suffering from short breath on 7th June. He was admitted to the emergency ward in Westmead hospital upon GP's advice, the same day. After numerous tests, it was confirmed that he was attacked by pneumonia with infection, water in lungs and blockage of 3 valves in his heart. Doctors are now advising for open-heart surgery on priority to remove blockage.
Current hospital expenses are mounting every minute, with approximate daily expenditure close to 8K - 10K AUD. Insurance that was in place from Allianz is of no good as they are considering heart problems as pre-existing and there is a 12 month waiting period. Considering his recommended hospitalization period of 4 weeks, the estimated medical cost is close to $250K.
While Sudhakar and Family are trying their best to cover expenses at their best capacity, we are seeking help from kind-hearted people like you to bail the family out of this financial hurdle and give them confidence that we are with them during these tough times.
Its time once again for us to prove that we are there to look after each other no matter where we are.
