Jake left his home last night and was walking along the road side when he was struck and he succumbed to his injuries and passed away. Jake was only 27 and had a lot of life left. it's at this time we want to try and help relieve some burden for his parents Marlene and Gary with funeral expenses and any other expenses they may inquire during these difficult times. Please share and or donate any little bit will help. He is and will always be greatly missed by parents, grandparents, brothers, sister, nieces, nephews, friends and many many more!
