Scott Hoak was a dedicated and loving father, son, partner, and friend. He was the sole support for his  two small children (Olivia, 4, and Joe, 3) and a third on the way.  Sadly, Scott passed away unexpectedly on March 28, 2020, at the age of 32.

A memorial service is not yet feasible due to this time of social distancing and uncertainty. I am setting up this fundraiser to alleviate some of the financial burden that lies ahead for Scott’s young children.
