Sudden loss of "Tugboat" Jordan Khalik Jones

It's with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our son Jordan Khalik Jones. He was born sleeping via emergency c-section May 6th, 2025 at 6:30am, weighing 5 lbs, 4 oz, 17 inches long. Last measuring 88th percentile, which is how he earned the nickname "tugboat"

I was 33 weeks and 2 days into my pregnancy journey when I had an placental abruption, which resulted in a massive hemorrhage, that took the life of our son and almost mine. It was very unexpected and there wasn't anything that anyone could do to save the baby. I am getting stronger every day, but the mental and emotional wounds for us will take longer to heal. Just asking for everyone to keep us in their prayers while we navigate this trying time. We will be holding a small service for our son that we would love for anyone to attend that knew the love we had for our growing family.

Funds will help cover the unexpected costs of funeral & cremation arrangements, as well as time away from work, sooner than expected, to recover from this journey. Any little bit helps and we appreciate everyone so much. We just want to give Jordan the send off he deserves as his life was taken before it could even begin.
