Sudden Family Death and House Emergency

Hello my name is Kayla Hargraves, I'm 20 years old, and I'm currently in need of help maintaining and constructing my grandfather and I's home. About three weeks ago my father Mike Hargraves (54) and the sole breadwinner of the house suddenly passed away from heart and health complications. Working 7 days a week as a local handyman in his community to maintain the household, there was no extra funds or life insurance policy left behind. Now being the sole provider/caregiver of my 89-year-old marine veteran grandfather, going to college, working, and catching up on unpaid bills I was just made aware of, I'm in desperate need of assistance from those around me. On top of all of this, the house is incredibly old and in need of some major work, I simply cannot afford. My father had planned on doing it himself, but now with his sudden passing, I'm left to do this on my own. The floors of the house are old and soaked in urine from decades of animals that were there before my time, our front porch's wood is rotting and unstable, our driveway is nothing but broken concrete, our backyard fence is broken and decaying, and many of our household appliances are out of date and constantly breaking. With all of this suddenly being thrown onto me, I'm overwhelmed and lack the finances and need help to get this household on track. I want to be able to keep this house and make it a safe and accessible home for my grandfather and I, as above everything his safety and care are my highest priority.
