Sudden Brain Injury: Help Eric's Road to Recovery

On December 8th, 2021, 32 year-old Eric was at his job when his coworker's discovered him trying to make his way out of the company bathroom due to experiencing loss of feeling in his legs. His coworkers were able to safely position him on the floor before his first of many seizures occurred.

An ambulance arrived onsite and rushed Eric off to the hospital where he was met by his wife, whom he has three young children with. It was confirmed that Eric was suffering from a brain bleed, and it was medically necessary to induce a coma and place him on life support to attempt to stop the seizures.

Since earlier this month Eric has made tremendous progress. He has regained movement in his fingers and toes and his hand eye coordination is steadily improving despite him experiencing another onset of seizures. Eric's road to recovery requires completing physical therapy, respiratory therapy, and speech therapy and taking anti-seizure medication for the rest of his life. Eric is also scheduled to see a Neurologist for his AV Malformation later this month, which may lead to brain surgery.

All donations will go directly to Eric and his family to help aid in the cost of ICU bills, medications, therapy and future scheduled surgery costs. Any form of support and prayers are welcome.

Thank you for all your love and support.

Love,
Eric’s Family and Friends
