It is with great sadness and disbelief to announce the sudden and unexpected passing of my father Joseph Paul Goodwin.

Losing a dad so unexpectedly is something unimaginable and something that will never be healed.

I know he is in heaven looking down on me and the family with my sister Tianna, but it’s hard for me to write this without bawling my eyes out. My dad was a dedicated loving father, grandfather, son, brother and friend. He absolutely adored his grandchildren and they were the light of his life.

Anyone who is reading this and you have your

parents around, do everything you can to spend every minute you can with them. Cherish every moment you have with them because one day you won't get a chance to do those things anymore. I would give anything in the world to just hear one more corny joke.

With all of the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it also brings financial burdens. We are trying to raise money to give him the proper service he deserves.
