Suck, Squeeze, Bang, Blow

I know I know, it sounds filthy, but I promise it’s not, maybe a bit hot and loud, but not filthy…

Obviously some of you reading this will know exactly, but for those who don’t the title (Suck, Squeeze, Bang, Blow) refers to the cycle of an internal combustion engine.

It’s something that has been a driving force in my life, career, and is, at the most basic, the purpose for this fundraiser.

This year marked an achievement for me, I passed my first engineering oral exam and received a (little baby) license called an MEOL.

I am working steadfast towards the goal of getting a larger license by the end of this year. It’s not just personal drive pushing the deadline however, the MCA (body who issues the licenses) is making some changes, and the end of this year is the cut off date to get the Y4 license (as it exists now).

Up until now I have funded all my own courses, and planned to continue on that route. However, with the deadline fast approaching, there is a fire under this goal.

Next week is my birthday, most of you know how I feel about gifts and holidays like Birthdays and Christmas…. And also how uncomfortable it makes me to ask anyone for anything .

But… I’m very focused on the goal and even a couple of dollars from a few people would help immensely!

So, if you feel at all inclined to help me on my mission, and have a little change to spare, it will make a huuuge difference to me reaching my Y4 goal by the deadline.

The total amount to complete all my courses & take the oral is just shy of 8000. But anything will help.
