Please Help Rocky Stay Comfortable Through His Battle with Lymphoma

My sweet Rocky, my emotional support dog, and our family's best friend has been diagnosed with lymphoma. Over the past few weeks, he’s developed more lumps, but he’s still so full of love, light, and energy. He continues to wag his tail, enjoy his favorite treats, and bring so much comfort to everyone around him.

I’m doing everything I can to keep him comfortable and give him the best quality of life possible, but as you dog owners may know that can be difficult to manage alone. If you’re able to help with his care or treatment costs, it would mean the world. And if you can’t donate, simply sharing this post helps more than you know.

Thank you so much for the love, prayers, and support for our boy Rocky. ❤️‍I'm Julie Peterson and I am trying to raise funds for my very first dog who has been my emotional support dog for the past 8.5 years. Rocky has helped me and many others during his life time.

At the end of August, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. He is currently on Prednisone. I realize that prednisone is a temporary treatment. He was doing really well up until this last week. He relapsed and I started seeing more lumps in his lymph nodes and other places on his body. He's having more problems breathing because of the swelling lymph nodes in his chest and neck.

I don't want him to suffer, it hurts my heart to say that his time with me and my family is short and now it's time for me to help him. I work full time and my fiance is currently in CDL truck driving school, so money is tight.

I'm asking for anyone who has been through this with their pets or other family members or anyone who has a soft spot in their hearts for animals to help for the medical expenses it would cost for him not to suffer.

There's also the option of sending funds to our veterinarian in Rocky's name.
