In Memory of Subir Vasquez: A 38-Year-Old Mother

Subir Vasquez was a 38-year-old mother of six boys. She unexpectedly passed away on January 21, 2019 leaving behind her family and friends. 

Your donation will help fund funeral costs, and provide much-needed emotional support for her sons at this time.

Update on 1/23/19:

As many of you know, my husband and I have been fostering most of Subir's boys for nearly 2 years. They're amazing kids and deserve the world. Thank you all so much for your support and donations during this time. Because of you, we reached our original goal of $3,000 in less than one day. We've increased the goal to $7,000 to take into account other related costs, including:

1. Transporting Subir to New Jersey so she can be near her children. 
2. A viewing and burial (please reply to this Go Fund Me if you'd like details on when and where this will occur). 
3. A dedicated plot, service fees, and more. 

Any additional funds that are donated beyond our goal will be used to care for the boys during this time.
