I’m visually impaired, and for my whole life, I’ve been told that I would never be able to get a driver’s license because of this. All it took, though, was one AMAZING eye doctor to believe that something more could be done. Sure enough, I was able to be fitted for a pair of glasses specifically for driving, and they will correct my vision well past the legal requirement. I’m going to be able to drive after all and achieve the true independence I’ve always dreamed of, that always seemed so far out of reach! I’m trying to save up to afford these glasses myself, but I will greatly appreciate any extra support I can get from you all! If you can’t donate, that’s totally okay, but please spread the word!
