Susana - Mother, Daughter, Sister, Cancer Fighter

Hi, my name is Noel. I am 20 years old. On January 3, 2024 my mom lost her 5-year battle with breast cancer. Nothing can prepare you for this day, no matter how much you know it's coming. After 5 painful years – multiple surgeries, radiation, chemo-therapy, wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, and much more – my mom fought until the very end and took her last breath on the morning of January 3rd.

My mom was full of life. She was funny, loud, loved dancing, being around people and always up for a fun time and good food even while fighting for her life. To say that I'll miss her is an understatement. I'll have to experience the rest of my life without her support. That's why I ask that you find it in your heart to help ease some of that void and the unavoidable stress of laying her to rest. A void that can never be filled but can be made lighter with your help.

Funerals are expensive and my mom couldn't work the last 5 years of her life. So my family and I are left laying her to rest with what we have. Losing parent is never easy, especially at 20 years old. So anything helps, and for your help I will be eternally grateful. The goal is to help cover funeral costs and a little extra to make the impact of her absence lighter in the coming days, months, and years.
