Help stop "Brick Kiln" modern slavery in Pakistan
Donation protected
STURR is a new Charity (currently being registered with the CC), supporting partners with specific projects in South and Southeast Asia ( Nepal, Laos, Pakistan).
I am leading a project with Global Mercy Foundation in Faisalabad Pakistan, to help families escape bonded labour (modern slavery) in brick kilns, blighting not only adults, but also children. It passes down generations; dramatically affecting the health, welfare and life-expectancy of those trapped in this endless circle of grinding poverty and slavery.
For details of this scourge and atrocity please see:-

Mark Andrews and I (as STURR Trustees) are walking 30 miles on Saturday 17th May 2025, from Cross Hands to Mumbles, South Wales, to raise funds to support the work being done to free families from this servitude.
Any contribution is gratefully received and will directly help release families. Thank you.
