Hello there! My name is Braden, I'm the second oldest of 4 children. I am a high school student and emerging artist from Los Angeles, California. I am working to become a professional artist. About a month ago, I was accepted to the prestigious San Francisco Art Institute Pre College Program, and received $1,000 in scholarship from the institute. The total cost is $4,500. I am asking for $2,000 to help cover the remaining tuition for the program.
Being in this college level environment will push me even further in my artistic development and journey toward becoming a professional artist. I know that I would profoundly benefit from meeting undergraduate counselors and spending the majority of my days and nights making artwork for my college portfolio. Being surrounded by other artist from all over the country would expose me to a wider variety of artistic perspectives and interpretations. I would greatly appreciate any donations.
