Hello, my name is Briana Hollins and I am a senior at Kennesaw State University majoring in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. I am privileged enough to have this wonderful opportunity to study abroad in Oaxaca, Mexico for a month this June to July where I will not only be studying daily, but also volunteering in the community. I am asking my community to help join me on this incredible adventure of a lifetime! By supporting me you are helping me make my dreams come true and of course pictures and updates will be available every step of the way!
My Present Goal: The total cost of the trip to Oaxaca, Mexico is $3,700 which includes round-trip airfare (Atlanta - Mexico City- Oaxaca), lodging, admission fees, emergency health insurance, and most meals. However, the cost does not include vaccinations, some meals, and tuition. Tuition itself for two summer classes will be $1,300. Now of course I do not expect to raise all this money alone and with my rigorous work schedule I plan to save up for whatever unexpected bills that will come my way.
