This fundraiser is to help pay for me to go and study abroad in Amman, Jordan in the Middle East from January to April 2020!! I am traveling through BestSemester Study Abroad  (click to check out the program website).
I am so excited to be traveling there to learn more about the culture, history, conflict and and language  of the Middle East. While I am there, I will be taking courses pertaining to Middle Eastern Studies. I will have unique opportunities to visit historic landmarks, experience Arabic culture, practice speaking Arabic with natives in my daily life, stay with native host families and listen to authentic speakers tell their side of the Arab-Israeli conflict. I will even get to travel outside of Jordan to Israel, Morocco, and Egypt! Learn more about the Kingdom of Jordan here .
I am raising $9000 to help pay for my classes, room and board, day-to-day travel and flight to and from Jordan.
