Please Help Me Study Abroad in Glasgow, Scottland!

Hi! My name is Etinosa.

I am a junior at Jacksonville University, currently studying for a B.F.A in Film production and the 2021 recipient of the JU Fine Arts Excellence in Film Award. I will be studying abroad in Glasgow, Scottland this Spring. I became interested in cinematography around 14 years old. I spent most days in my head constantly imagining shots and stitching together stories; I still do. I quickly developed the eagerness to put these images on screen and began making short films to my favorite songs.

Now that I’m studying film, I can use what I’m learning to develop myself and my skill and collaborate with other young filmmakers to create a better industry. These past 2 1/2 years have been the most challenging and rewarding years of my education. I still have so much to learn, and I’m hoping this trip to Scottland will be a great opportunity to do so. I am seeking financial assistance to help make it possible. On this trip we will get to write, produce, direct and shoot a short film!!
