Hi all,

My name is Natalie and I am a middle school cluster(self-contained) special education teacher in Chicago Public Schools. My main goal since I started teaching has been to promote inclusion and integration between my special education students and their same-age general education peers. This year, 6 out of my 9 students are 8th graders! This is the first time in 4 years that our school will be taking the 8th graders to Washington D.C. I would love for their last memories with our school and their peers to be ones they'll never forget. I am aiming to get at least 2 of my students funded for this trip.
