Here is their story:

"We (Athiana, Kayla, Amy Brooke and Sara) are graduate students and workers at the University of Notre Dame.

The night of February 1, we lost our rental home in an electrical fire. Thankfully all roommates (and pets) are safe, but dealing with the repercussions is proving difficult. We are hoping to be able to collect some donations to replace destroyed furniture and help alleviate moving costs. Thank you for your consideration and thoughts.

Amy Brooke, from Atlanta, GA, USA is in her first year of her PhD in Political Science,

Athiana, from Paris, France is in her first year of PhD in Economics,

Kayla, from Fayetteville, GA, USA is a post-bac working in a lab in the Department of Biological Sciences,

Sara, from West Orange, NJ, USA is in her first year of the Masters of Global Affairs International Peace Studies program."

I'm Jackson, a graduate student at the University of Notre Dame, trying to help raise money for Athiana and her roommates. All proceeds will go directly to them.
