Student2Scholar-Jeremy Fisher Memorial Scholarship

Jeremy died on January 25th after a series war with COVID pneumonia..succesful in his alternative career path, he was successful. We want other non-4yr universitiy track students to know funds and assistance exist.

Student2Scholar is proud to memorialize Jeremy Fisher with a scholarship due to a donation from Susan Jennings. 

A native of RVA, Jeremy attended Varina High School and worked various jobs along with attending some college after graduation. He eventually earned his CDL license and began working in the trucking industry. After several years in the field, Jeremy upgraded to an owner-operator, buying his first big-rig. He started his own trucking company and was very successful. Soon after, Jeremy peacefully left this earth on January 25, 2022, after his long battle with COVID pneumonia.

Who’s eligible?

• Current high school seniors with post-secondary educational aspirations in the trades or service industry with goals of attending a vocational or trade/program

• Currently residing in the Greater Richmond Area

All completed scholarship applications must be received by email or mail by April 30, 2022.
