Bonjour! Je m'appelle Chloe Gravel-Hoffmann, je suis étudiante à l'Université Concordia et je recueille présentement des fonds pour mon prochain court métrage Les Deux Ours Dansants. La réalisation d’un projet comme tel est coûteuse, c’est pourquoi j’ose m’adresser à vous aujourd'hui. Tout montant serait d’une aide monumentale et je vous serais très reconnaissante de votre soutien. Les Deux Ours Dansants est inspiré de ma relation avec ma grand-mère qui m'a tant appris alors qu'elle ne parlait pas la même langue. À travers ce film, je lui rend hommage et raconte notre histoire.

Synopsis:

Lorsqu'ils sont obligés de passer le week-end ensemble, une petite fille muette et sa grand-mère sorcière surmontent leur barrière de communication en cherchant un esprit ours dans le bois.

Hello! My name is Chloe Gravel-Hoffmann and I am a student raising funds for my upcoming short film Les Deux Ours Dansants. This film is about my relationship with my grandmother who taught me so much despite not speaking the same language. I hope to create a film to honor her and tell our story.

Synopsis:

When they are forced to spend the weekend together, a mute little girl and her witchy grandmother overcome their communication barrier by seeking out a bear spirit in the woods.
