Student Fight Night in aid of Harry Magee

Harry Magee is a hugely known name around the University of Portsmouth, many students would have heard the infamous introduction “Harry Magee, President of Men’s Rugby” over the years. Harry devoted his time at university to helping others and putting on large events to raise money for various charities.

In December, he was part of a student exec team that helped organise and run the first ever Student Fight Night in Portsmouth. Harry hosted the night alongside Emilié, their presentation was full of laughs and terrible puns. Harry helped the event raise over £4000 for the Oddballs Foundation.

On New Year’s Eve Harry had an accident resulting in breaking his neck and causing life changing injuries. Now this is our turn to give back to Harry and his family to help him recover and adjust to life following this accident.

This is Round 2 of Student Fight Night Portsmouth. All fighters are training hard over the next six weeks to put on an amazing show on the 20th of March 2024 at The Gaiety. Please support us in raising money for Harry and his family
