Student Diplomacy Corps summer experience

Hello! My name is Sigifredo Rios and I am currently a student at Cristo Rey Jesuit. I am fundraising money to support my summer program in Basque Spain ! I am taking part of this program between June 28 through July 19 to learn more about the importance about being Basque and I am really excited Student Diplomacy Corps is offering me the opportunity to become  the first Houstonian to take part of one of their programs. On this program I will be taking part in a variety of activities such as visiting the largest royal palace in western europe,participate in a Basque cooking workshop with a skilled chef, hike the pyrenees and so much more! Overall this trip will open up my perspective on the world and it will shape me to become a more open person.
