Stuck in a job w ALM OWNER

I’ve know the owner of the business I work for stands on the Red side of the political spectrum. While he has been gracious enough to lend me $1500 to recently fix the head gasket on my car, he as a business owner has NOT taken a public stance on the racial inequalities of our nation. When I sent a business wide message out asking to know who my allies were, EVERYBODY responded telling me just how much they Supported myself and the black/POC community but the owner. 

At this point due to the loan for my car I am tied down to this job until I can pay that back. I already have another job lined up but no longer wish to work for someone I feel cannot understand or empathize with the massive issue we as a nation are facing. 

I’m raising this money in order to leave this joband move forward.
