Thank you for taking the time to check out our project's page. This film means so incredibly much to us. It was inspired by a story we heard from a friend and it came to life through a shared passion for telling stories about real people and makeshift families. STUCCO is a coming of age story about a girl who overcomes her dark and abuse-filled past. It is a story about moving forward with one's life and finding closure where there is none. We are really excited to work with our amazing crew members, and to bring this story to life. Thank you all for helping us on our journey.
LOGLINE
After her abusive foster father passes away, introverted 23 year old Carrie returns to her childhood home to collect her things. There she runs into her estranged foster siblings, comes to terms with the truth about her childhood, and finds a new sense of closure.
