Tragically Taken Too Soon – Stuart Woolnough ️
A Husband, Father, Grandad, Son, and Friend to Many
On Friday, the 25th of July 2025, our beloved Stuart Woolnough was suddenly taken from us in the most devastating and tragic way — with no warning and no chance to say goodbye. Our hearts are shattered, and our world has been changed forever
Stuart was the most beautiful soul — the best husband to Wendy, a devoted father to Jannelle and Maree, a proud Grandad to little Laelah and a loving son to Glenys and Barry. He was also a loyal mate to so many, always the first to lend a hand or make someone laugh.
He was truly born to be a dad — family was his everything. He had a heart of gold and lived his life with kindness, humour, and generosity. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for the people he loved.
This fundraiser is something I’m doing from the heart — for my mum, Wendy. I know my dad would want her to have the time and space to grieve without having to rush back to work. My sister, Maree, her newborn baby, and partner just moved interstate and arrived only hours after his passing… this has shaken all of us deeply.
We’re reaching out to ask for any support — no matter how small. Every single dollar will go towards helping our family stay afloat during this unimaginable time, giving my mum the time she needs, and honouring our dad’s memory the way he deserves
If you’re unable to donate, we completely understand. Even sharing this means more than you know.
At this stage, we don’t have a funeral date — our family will release those details when we are ready. Thank you for your love, patience, and understanding during this time. ️
From the bottom of our broken hearts — thank you. Your love, support, and kindness mean the world to us.
With love,
Jannelle, Wendy & Maree Woolnough
