Help Stuart Creek Farms recover after tornado
On Wednesday evening, September 1st, the Stuart Creek Farms community along with much of the Upper Dublin/Ft Washington area were decimated by a tornado spawned by Hurricane Ida. About 85% of the community is now uninhabitable with an enormous loss of property and trees. This Go Fund Me page is the only official page for Stuart Creek Farms residents' donations and is being run by the HOA's management company, BIG Realty Property Management.

We have many residents in this community who have been displaced, lost cars and in some cases all their possessions. Funds will go to helping those in most need first, such as helping with funds for short terms rentals, rental cars, etc. We have elderly residents who have no where to go, as well as renters who are now without a home.
Funds will also be used to help clean up areas and provide assistance for those who may need help with items, clothing, storage bins etc.
We have some elderly residents that have no where to go, and we need to help them as they may be living in homes that we are concerned are not safe due to so much damage to connecting units.
Please help this community to begin to rebuild. Thank you.
**UPDATE**
Thank you to everyone who has been generous with their donations! There has been so much love from this community, that I can't thank you all enough for your generosity.
After careful consideration, the funds that have been raised will go towards helping the residents of the 40 homes that were hit the hardest. After fees taken by GoFundMe, this will mean about $425 will go to each resident of those 40 locations, several of whom were renters that were truly devastated by this storm. All proceeds will be put into our management escrow account, and a lump sum will be put into the Stuart Creek Farms HOA bank account. From there, all 40 checks will be disbursed directly to each resident of those 40 units. Absolutely 100% of the funds raised will be going to help those who have suffered.
