In Loving Memory of Stuart Condie

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our dear friend, colleague, and leader, Stuart Condie, who left us far too soon after a courageous battle with cancer.

Stuart was a beloved husband to Christine and the proud father of two boys, Lincoln (3y in July) and Sutton (1y in August). His sudden passing has left a profound void in the lives of those who knew and loved him and in the hearts of all of us who had the privilege of calling him a friend, teammate, and mentor.

For the past seven years, Stuart was a pillar of the Weiss-Johnson Mechanical team. He began his journey with us as a Field Supervisor, where his work ethic, skill, and calm leadership earned him the respect of everyone around him. Later, he stepped into the role of Plumbing Manager, where he continued to guide with integrity, humility, and a quiet strength that never went unnoticed.

But Stuart was so much more than his title. He was the kind of person who truly cared. Someone you could count on, someone who made people feel seen and supported. He led with kindness, worked with purpose, and lived with heart.

As we mourn the loss of such an extraordinary person, we are rallying to support the people who meant the most to him—his young family. This GoFundMe has been created to help ease the financial burden now facing his wife and children, and to allow them time and space to grieve and begin to heal.
