My name is Steph, I am Stu's daughter. On October 23, 2021 my Dad suffered a stroke. We were able to get him to the hospital quickly, thank God. Unfortunately, even after the procedure to remove the blood clot in his brain, he is dealing with the aftermath of a major stroke. My Dad has lost function of the left side of his body. He is in a paralyzed state on the left side of his body. He is in physical therapy and working very hard to try to regain function. It's a slow recovery process and it could take up to a year before they know what the permanent effects are. My sister and I have been helping out as much as we can financially but my Dad no longer has an income coming in and he lives alone. Anything that anyone is willing to contribute will go towards his medical needs and the modifications that need to be made to his home. We ask for continued healing prayers more than anything.
