On Wednesday morning, Stu Fox came home from dropping his kids to school to find the unimaginable. His house was fully engulfed in a raging house fire, destroying the home of his children in minutes. Absolutely everything is gone and they have been left with nothing but the clothes they wore that day, with only twisted metal, piles of toxic ash and a wood heater left behind. Luckily, there were no injuries. The cause of the fire is still unknown, however it appears there was an electrical fault.
As a single full time dad, Stu turned a modest dwelling into a home when he moved to Swansea with his three young boys eight years ago. Since then, Stu has become an East Coast local, starting up and running his own landscaping and maintenance business, working for the local school and volunteering in local community, all while single handedly raising his lovely kids. He recently began to renovate the property to accommodate his growing family and support his boys into adulthood.
Now Stu has no home, no savings, and tragically there is no insurance.
Stu is now faced with the costs of:
- replacing all their belongings
- finding and paying for temporary accommodation locally, so he can continue to keep his business afloat, as well as provide stability to his children
- rebuilding his home from scratch
Well loved, generous and kind, Stu is the sort of bloke who will help anyone in need, but right now, he needs help. Please, if you have anything to give, donate to Stu. Lets show him that he and his boys are loved, and aren't alone in this tragic loss.
Every dollar will significantly help them get back on their feet.
